PHYSIOFIT DUBAI
Lymphatic Drainage Massage Dubai
Recovering from surgery, managing swelling, or simply feeling heavy and sluggish? At PhysioFit in Business Bay, our trained therapists offer manual lymphatic drainage — a gentle, rhythmic massage technique that stimulates your lymphatic system to reduce swelling, support healing and restore lightness to your body.
Lymphatic massage can help with:
- Post-surgical swelling and recovery (including cosmetic surgery)
- Lymphoedema and chronic swelling management
- Pregnancy-related swelling in legs, ankles and hands
- Post-injury oedema and bruising
- Heavy, tired legs from long flights or desk work
- Sinus congestion and facial puffiness
- Immune support and general wellbeing
- Fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue support
What is lymphatic drainage massage?
Manual lymphatic drainage (MLD) is a specialised, very gentle massage technique that encourages the natural movement of lymph fluid through the body. Unlike deep tissue or sports massage, MLD uses light, rhythmic strokes following the pathways of the lymphatic system. The result: reduced swelling, faster clearance of waste products, and a profound sense of relaxation. It is one of the most effective tools for post-surgical recovery and is safe during pregnancy when delivered by trained hands.
Why choose PhysioFit for lymphatic massage:
- Therapists trained in manual lymphatic drainage techniques
- Medical understanding — we know post-surgical protocols
- Safe, adapted treatment during pregnancy
- Combined with physiotherapy where swelling follows injury
- A calm, private treatment space overlooking the Dubai Canal
- Honest guidance on session frequency and self-care
Gentle, medical, restorative
Whether your surgeon has recommended lymphatic drainage after a procedure, your legs are swelling through pregnancy, or you simply want to support your body’s recovery systems, our therapists tailor every session to your condition and comfort.
What to expect at your session
Sessions last 45 to 60 minutes and are deeply relaxing — many patients drift off. Pressure is feather-light by design; the technique works with your lymphatic system, not against it. Post-surgical patients typically benefit from a short series of sessions; wellness patients often book monthly maintenance.
