Shoulder conditions we treat:
- Rotator cuff strains, tears and tendonopathy
- Shoulder impingement and bursitis
- Padel, tennis and swimming shoulder
- Shoulder instability and dislocations
- Frozen shoulder (adhesive capsulitis)
- AC joint injuries and sprains
- Biceps tendon problems and SLAP tears
- Post-surgical rehabilitation — rotator cuff repair, stabilisation
- Referred shoulder pain from the neck
Why shoulders need specialist care
The shoulder is the most mobile joint in the body — and the least stable. Pain here is rarely just about the joint itself: the shoulder blade, the rotator cuff, the thoracic spine and even your training load all play a part. Our physiotherapists assess the entire shoulder complex and build rehabilitation that restores not just comfort, but power and control — so you can smash, serve and lift without holding back.
Our shoulder rehabilitation includes:
- Full shoulder and scapular movement assessment
- Manual therapy to restore joint and tissue mobility
- Rotator cuff and scapular strengthening programmes
- Dry needling for deep muscle tension around the shoulder
- Taping and load-management for ongoing sport
- Sport-specific power and plyometric progressions
- Return-to-sport testing for overhead athletes
Certified shoulder expertise
Shereen Hassam holds certification in sporting shoulder and shoulder dysfunction courses and regularly treats overhead athletes from padel, tennis, swimming and CrossFit. Combined with our strength-based rehab philosophy, that means your shoulder is rebuilt to handle your sport — not just to survive daily life.
What to expect at your session
Your first visit is a 45 to 60 minute assessment: movement, strength, special tests and training history. You will leave understanding exactly which structure is painful, why it happened, and your roadmap back. Most shoulder conditions respond within 6 to 10 sessions when treatment is paired with the right loading programme.
